Solution
Each paragraph contains every letter in the alphabet except for one. Taking each extracted letter from each row gives the word "bushes". The paragraphs describe the Blackberry Pearl. This device has a unique keyboard layout known as SureType, which (mostly) uses 2 letters per button. With the previously found word "bushes", using the other letter of each button (i.e. b becomes n, u becomes i), you get another word which is the final answer, niagra.
