Solution

The striped amphibious snakes refer to fire hoses, around which the crow had hidden four notes in high places. These notes had three Micro-QR codes and one Datamatrix-code. The codes look like they can be combined to one normal QR code, but should be read separately using an app like Scandit and combined to get the answer. The notes contain "pla-", "yful", "fel-" and "ines", giving the answer playful felines.
