    At the given position, there was a very old CRT TV and a steering wheel. On the TV, there was a very zoomed in picture of four flags, which you could navigate around with using the steering wheel. The flags were Puerto Rico, Austria, Timor-Leste and Spain. Taking the ALPHA-2 ISO code from these flags gives PR-AT-TL-ES, which gives the answer prattles.
