    The image of the lobby had a highlighted area where you were supposed to go to. Next to the wardrobe area, you could find a note with a link to an image on the Arcane game website. This image contains what looks like a leftover meal and if you look closely, you can find 9 letters (actually carved from prawn crackers). Putting them in an anagram solver gives the answer apologies.
