Solution

Each line of text can be linked to a company and slogan. The first for instance is Google with "Don't Be Evil". The three others are Microsoft, Visa and Mastercard. Looking at only the colors associated with each company logo, four rows of braille can be extracted. The rows spell out "ringed", "hooded", "wraith" and "leader". Using all of these words in a search engine leads to the leader of the Nazgûl, the witch-king of angmar.
