The title is a hint towards using MGRS coordinates. If one checks the coordinates for all of the cities that Gulf visits and converts the first number to a letter, then each coordinate will start with a four-letter word. Each of these words are included in the story. By taking the index of those words in their respective sentences and converting numbers to letters again, one obtains horoscope.
